Evident is the trading name of Christopher Mills, a sole trader based in England.

ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

This website provides information about Evident, my coaching practice, and how to get in touch.

You cannot purchase services, make payments, create an account or enter into a coaching agreement through this website. Nothing on the site creates a coach–client relationship. The scope and terms of any coaching engagement are agreed separately with each client.

PRIVACY

I aim to collect as little personal information as possible through this website.

If you contact me, I will receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address and the contents of your message. I use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss the possibility of working together.

I process this information because I have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running my coaching practice.

If an enquiry develops into a coaching engagement, information relating to our work together is handled separately as part of that professional relationship.

I do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, or where I need to retain it for legitimate business, professional or legal reasons.

FIELD NOTES

If you choose to subscribe to Field Notes, I will use your email address, and your name if you choose to provide it, to send them to you.

I do this with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.

Subscriber information is held securely by the service used to manage and send Field Notes. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your details are retained for as long as you remain subscribed, together with any limited information needed to respect an unsubscribe request.

WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY AND COOKIES

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process limited technical information necessary to operate, deliver and protect the website.

The website may also contain embedded content, such as video hosted by Vimeo. These services may process limited technical and usage information necessary to provide their content and understand how it is viewed.

The website and its service providers, including Squarespace, may collect limited technical and usage information to operate and secure the website and provide website analytics, such as understanding overall traffic and how the site is used. I do not use this information for advertising, profiling or marketing tracking.
