During my time as a business leader I held roles including Partner, Board member, ExCo, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Director, Head of People and Talent and Head of Sales and Marketing. With my colleagues we transformed the business from a specialist law firm into a multidisciplinary business with international reach, quadrupling profit and people whilst building a highly professionalised firm. I also acted as the partner to the partners helping them build engaged teams, a collaborative culture, and greater sense of personal fulfilment.
